  From I-495, merge onto Rockville Pike/MD-355 N via exit 34 toward Rockville/Bethesda. Follow signs for Grosvenor Lane and turn left. Cross 355 under Metro overpass. Turn right on Grosvenor Place and immediately bear left. TenTenOne will be the first high-rise to your right.
  
  From I-270 or Northern Virginia, take Old Georgetown Road exit. Turn left on Old Georgetown. Make a right on Chesire. Turn right on Grosvenor Lane. Then turn left on Grosvenor Place. TenTenOne is the first high-rise on the right.
